You will finish with the vehicle listed and ready for reminders and costs.

1. Open Vehicles. It is in the sidebar under My book. On a small screen, use the bottom dock.

2. Press New Vehicle. A short form opens.

3. Give it a name. Use something you recognize instantly: the plate number or the driver's name. Add a description if it helps, such as model, year, or usual driver.

4. Save. The vehicle appears in your list right away. Open it to see its own reminders and ledger.

You can edit or delete a vehicle later from the same page. Deleting hides it but keeps its history, so past transactions stay intact.
