You will finish with exactly the partners you choose able to see or change this vehicle.

1. Open the vehicle and choose Participants from the menu.

2. Add a partner from the list of partners not yet assigned.

3. Set the permission. Can see lets them view the vehicle and its records. Can edit also lets them add and change expenses.

4. Remove access anytime with Remove partner.

A partner without access to a vehicle will not see it in their list. This is how you keep a family car separate from a work car even when the same partner drives both.
