Each reminder can warn you three times: Safe, Warning, and Danger. You choose how early each fires.

Safe is the earliest nudge, for planning. The default is 45 days before the event.

Warning is the middle alert, when it deserves attention soon. The default is 14 days.

Danger is the final alert, when it is urgent. The default is 7 days.

For each one, tick the checkbox and set a number and a unit: days, weeks, months, or years. The form shows the exact date each alert will fire, so you can confirm it lands where you expect.

Once the event passes, the reminder shows Overdue until you mark it done.
