In a busy ledger the fastest way to a number is to filter it down.

Filters. Use Status (approved, pending by me, pending by others, cancelled), Partner, and Vehicle. Clear filters resets everything.

Sort. Choose newest first, oldest first, or amount high to low or low to high.

Per entry. Every row expands to show its description, category, who paid, and its approval checks. Use the More menu for Edit, History, and cancellation.

The same controls work on a vehicle page and on a partner book, where they are already scoped to that vehicle or partner.
